Tea Thyme

Updated: Jun 1

Thyme has many benefits for cold and flu symptoms. Making a tea with thyme can relieve cough, congestion, and sore throat.

To make thyme tea:

1 tbsp of fresh thyme, chopped OR 1 teaspoon of dried thyme

1 cup of water

Boil water and place thyme in the water. Cover and allow to steep for 10-20 minutes.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place in a dark, airtight container. Tea loses its flavor and aroma over time, so it's best to use it within 6 - 12 months.
