My name is Cindy Barrington, and I am a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Certified Natural Health Professional in Moultrie, Georgia.

My journey into natural health began with a simple but urgent realization: I needed to change my own health. Years of poor habits—and a deep love of food—made that change feel overwhelming. Then one day, a thought crossed my mind:

“Maybe if I learn how food benefits me, I will want to eat the things that are good for me.”

It felt random at the time, but it wasn’t random at all. It was the gentle whisper of the Holy Spirit, guiding me toward the path I needed—both for my own healing and for the calling He placed within me to help others.

One of the first books I picked up was Superfoods by Tonia Reinhard. Its bright, colorful pages and research‑rich insights opened my eyes to the beauty and goodness of real, nourishing foods. The more I learned, the more I wanted to bring those foods into my life. And slowly, learning turned into loving.

As the years passed—through failures, restarts, and small victories—I fell deeply in love with the world of natural health. I began cooking with coconut oil, adding flax seeds to everything, fermenting foods, and choosing organic and non‑GMO ingredients whenever I could. In 2019, after an accident with a semi left me with a small settlement, I knew exactly what to do: invest in my education so I could help others find the healing I had found.

This work is my passion. It is where I feel God’s pleasure. I haven’t reached every goal, and I’m still walking my own path of healing—but I walk it with joy.

I invite you to walk with me.

Together, we can pursue wholeness, restoration, and the kind of wellness that honors the way God designed the body to thrive. I’m here to help you in any way I can. Let’s journey toward healing—together.
