Mimosa Tea

The mimosa tree, known as "the happiness tree", has mood-lifting abilities. With it's beautiful, pink flowers, the mimosa tree has medicinal benefits that most everyone can enjoy. Learn more about mimosa's medicinal benefits here.

Here's what to do:
1-2 tsp of dried mimosa flowers or bark
1 cup of water
Honey (optional)
Bring water to a boil. Place flowers or bark in a mug and pour the boiling water over the flowers. Allow it to steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain the flowers or bark from the tea. Add honey, if desired.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place in a dark, airtight container. Tea loses its flavor and aroma over time, so it's best to use it within 6 - 12 months.
